SHIPPING POLICY
NTC process your order within 1 – 3 business days. All orders shipped via J&T Express or Poslaju on the next 1-4 days (West Malaysia) / 3-8 working days (East Malaysia). Self-collection is also available as an option when you checkout. Self-collection is subject to our standard business operation hours.
Shipping rate is based on the weight of the products and location. Shipping charges will be advised when you checkout your shopping cart.
RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
We do offer 7-day free return service for product which is defective upon delivery. Please keep the packaging well and return the goods as a whole. We will refund or send the replacement to customer immediately once we receive the returned item in good condition.
WARRANTY POLICY
We offer 12-month warranty for car audio products.
Please take note that warranty does not cover for conditions below:
- Damages to product caused by either impact, liquid, sand or insect, natural disaster and act of God
- Damages to product done deliberately or improper handling of it.
- Modifying, repairing the product without written consent.
